Sex Offender Search and Lookup:

It is mandated by federal law that sex offenders need to submit their information to the Sheriff’s Office in order to be filed in the state sex offender registry and national sex offender registry. A person is considered a sex offender if he has been convicted of a crime involving sexual misconduct such as sex trafficking, rape, and prostitution. Locating sex offenders in Nye County can be done by going to the Sheriff’s Alert page. Keep in mind that you may get records that only show last known addresses. This may be due to some offenders who do not comply with the law.

Bail and Bondsman

The money pledged to the court in exchange for the temporary release of a defendant who is awaiting trial from jail is known as bail. The money will be used to make sure that the defendant will show up in court. The money is returned minus fees once the trial is over as long as the defendant kept his word. If he didn’t, the court gets to keep the money.

If a defendant cannot afford the bail set by the court, a bondsman can be hired to pay the bail on his behalf. The fee of a bondsman is usually 10% of the bail. However, it cannot be refunded.

I have never been the kind to write about personal things. I don't normally do reviews, comments, appraisals, things like that. So this is an exception to my rule.
I had a co-worker and friend who messed up and got arrested. Put in jail--the whole 9 yards. Having never been arrested or jailed I can only imagine how bad that experience must be. Personally, I hope I never find out. But I realize people mess up and occasionally do stupid things they regret later. Anyway, she needed help getting out of jail.
Someone had recommended Hero Bail Bonds to her, so they were contacted. Like most people I suppose, I had never dealt with this type of thing so I really didn't know what to expect.
Johnny at hero was really great. He explained the whole thing to me in words and ways I understood. He made the process simple and quick. It didn't take long and my friend was out of jail and free.
I hope there is never a reason for me to go through the process again, or for anyone I know to go through it. But if it does happen, I would wholeheartedly recommend Hero Bail Bonds to be the one to use. Johnny and the people with him are very good and they care. They want to make the entire process and the experience go as well as possible, with a minimal amount of stress and concerns.
Something like this would never be an enjoyable experience however Johnny and crew made it as “painless” as possible. They showed caring, concern, and were professional and expedient. I really appreciated that and if you would ever be in this type of situation you would appreciate it too… Five star service.
