Called Bad Boys Bailbonding because they were first to pop up in a google search, they quoted me and gave me a bondsman's number and said to call her. Called her a few times, no answer so i called the office back they acted shocked and told me to text her because she was at the jail I'd have to bond my friend out of, no answers to that either so i called the office back only to have them hang up on me at least 6 times with no conversation. Literal answer and a hangup. The bondsman finally text me back almost 12 hours after i was told to contact her and 5 hours after 1st Assurance already handled it. Don't use this company. The office staff was highly unprofessional and the entire experience was terrible.
They went above and beyond to help in any possible way they could. This is the first review I've ever written. There aren't words to adequately express my sincere gratitude for all they did. Peace&Blessings always!
